I have a dell latitude e5530 and have had windows 10 for several months now, no issues (other than no access to app store).  Then I was working online today, went to make a post, and I could not. I looked at my internet connection and it was in airplane mode.  I went to network connections, and I cannot turn it off.

I searched the issue on that same page that the link goes to, and I followed all of their fixes, but nothing worked.

Check out the Windows 10 forum

http://www.tenforums.com/gtsearch.php?cx=partner-pub-7156303416008077%3A205v6qk06j2&cof=FORID%3A9&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=cannot+turn+airplane+mode+off&sa.x=0&sa.y=0

It deals with some who have had problems like you describe.

It sounds like this just happened on the 25th but it was ok before.

I wonder of the Win10 Windows Updates are a factor.

I don't have Win10 you could consider a system restore

http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4588-system-restore-windows-10-a.html

I'd like to mention I do a monthly system image backup before Windows Updates are due on my Win7 & Win8 computers. Consider doing so on your Win10 computer

EDIT

Can’t tell since the issues don’t seem to include your problem but coincidentally

Microsoft reverses course, restores downloads of Windows 10 November Update

http://www.zdnet.com/article/microsoft-reverses-course-restores-downloads-of-windows-10-november-update/

It appears to me you had no problems on Nov 24 but Nov 25 changed that

Are you still having the same problem today Nov 28?

I know this applies to Windows 8 but maybe the same principle applies in Windows 10
