Windows 7 x64, I must disable my network conection to allow my computer to enter sleep mode automaticly.

I can manualy put the computer to sleep. The computers display will shut down and will not be able to re-cover

if I let the computer atempt to fall asleep while the network adappter is enabled. I have tried every concievable power

settings configureation. I have also tryed every concieveble bios config. This problem happens to both my windows 7x64

machines. I have also tried power management tab settings in the network card properties.
