I've been looking at video cards, originally thought I knew what I wanted, now I'm just overwhelmed with choices.

I'm looking to spend around $150, and I do some light gaming (World of Tanks, World of Warships). I want to be able to run them on high settings.

What's my best choice? I was looking at the MSI Gaming R7 370 4gb, but everyone is saying the GTX 950 is way better even with only 2gb of 128-bit RAM to the 370's 4gb of 256 bit RAM.

The GTX 950 is an excellent choice and is faster than the R7 370 in most cases.  If you get a factory overclocked GTS 950, the gulf widens.  One of these factory overclocked cards is the EVGA GeForce GTX 950 02G-P4-2958-KR 2GB FTW.
