I have now established that I do not have the complete November update, although I have a few but not most of its features. My Windows version is 10240, the previous version, not 1511 which it should be. The update has now been withdrawn due to other problems, so I have to wait for the re-launch. I have updates set to automatic install. Does anyone one know what might happen then, will the revised update install automatically over what is presumably an incomplete one or will I have to uninstall it first. How do I identify the incomplete update, what number is it? I could look for it now to see if it is there.

FYI - today ZDNet said they restored it:  http://www.zdnet.com/article/microsoft-reverses-course-restores-downloads-of-windows-10-november-update/

The official name of the update is the Windows 10 Fall Update.

It's also known as Threshold 2, TH2, or even 1511 (some say that's for 2015 and November as the 11th month)

Finally, it's build 10586.
