I first encountered this issue after removing some Adware from my computer.

I would just do a system restore and fix everything, but the most recent restore is from a year ago.

I cannot connect to servers on games I play such as "Battlefield 4"

-I've do just able every single hotfix for that game, including reinstalling.
-I've never had issues before the date of removing adware.
-I'm 100% sure the issue isn't the game.
Error is just "unable to connect to EA server."

Other than that, the issue hasn't effecting my computing at all, but I discovered something very odd.

-decided to do a few ping tests.
-the results were as follows.

C:\Users\*****>ping google.com
Ping request could not find host google.com. Please check the name and try again.
