I have some digital pictures which I purchased, but they come with a long and unnecessary title/header which sits on top and just outside the actual picture.
I went into Pixar and although I can crop the actual image I can't seem to remove the actual header.
Can anybody suggest how I might do this and/or any alternative software that might let me do this
I have Windows 7
Thank you

What is the filetype?
(The 3 characters after the dot at the end of the filename)?
You should be able to crop with the paint program located on your computer
