Ever since my brother updated to Android Lollipop he's been having problems on his Samsung Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Tab A.

One problem is with Snapchat he has to log-in every time he uses it plus a few other problems like Malwarebytes automatically scaning on reboot even though its not configured to do this. I'm also experiencing the same bug with Malwarebytes on Android 5.

Has anyone else experienced problems after updating to Lollipop? And any advice?

Note: I told my brother to do a factory reset but he refuses.
