Having Problems with my Sound

Hello, I bought my laptop just 5 months ago, and I'm already experienced sound issues. I play normally a game named Aura Kingdom, and sometimes, when moving from an area to another (even if the game sounds are off and/or music is playing from my browser/media players) it does a weird sound such as "BZZZT" that lasts for a mere second. The sound more or less resembles old T.V.s when they lose their signal and give a loud buzz with a white screen and horizontal lines, if you know what I mean.
 
Anyway, about 2 months ago, I decided I wanted to change my default windows 10 beep into windows 8.1/8's beep. I remember I used to change the default beep along with another sound option named Asterisk(??), I believe. It worked fine for several moments then it becomes a corrupted. So I reverted back to the original windows 10 beep. Ever since then, it worked properly for about a month or so, but then another issue popped. 
 
The issue is: whenever the default beep works, its sound is faint and it feels just half of the default beep is playing. Usually doing an action that makes the default beep work several times (such as using ctrl + f and no results appearing and pressing backspace on an empty Skype chatbox) fixes the issue for a random amount of time. 
 
Another issue is, whenever I'm using heavy applications (such as using Photoshop to make large gifs) if there's some music playing through my browser/media players the sound becomes stuck and makes an annoying noise such as the one I stated earlier yet lasts for a longer time until the heaviness of the application becomes less or until I mute my sound. Or, if the application isn't very heavy, it only does very little "BZZZT" interruptions that last just for a split second; or sometimes the sound disappears for a split second instead of the "BZZZT" interruption.
 
ANOTHER issue is, sometimes when I'm listening to something, the sound becomes very different. I tried opening Sound program from control panel, and what I figured is, this "different" sound is actually exactly what the sound I'm playing would sound like once I'm on the "Recording" panel where the Microphone device option is available. I see no evidence of any system sound problem...nor do I see any errors that I can properly interpret.

 

When I see DCOM and ESENT errors...my first thought is malware of some type.  Although that connection in my brain may NOT be the correct one, it's the one that I come up with.

 

If you really distinguish sound/audial issues...I suggest uninstalling the current drivers, then reinstalling same.  They could be damaged.

The malware possibility isn't far-fetched as I did have a nasty malware and another moderator helped me to get rid of it (I actually got it twice and I managed to remove it a second time by following the steps I was given). However, it may not be the same malware but you're the expert here, and I'm willing to try what you suggest.

 

I'm unsure how I can uninstall and re-install them; I mean, I can google my results but I'm unsure if I'll find the perfect guide. Got any steps/guides whatsoever I can follow to do the procedure?

Uninstalling drivers is pretty easy :).  Reinstalling is also.

 

I haven't dealt with Win 10 yet, but the steps should basically be the same, regardless of Windows version.

 

See if the MS Guidance makes any sense...and try following their prescribed approach :).

Once again, I'd like to apologize for the extremely late reply. I had sent my laptop for fixing for graphic issues when I press on the screen and it returned two weeks ago and I forgot about this topic by then. Again, my apologies for leaving this topic stalling. 

 

To topic, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the problem remains the same.
