Can't delete virus file ginst_001_1234_4201

:thumbsup: help me i am having a problem with ginst_001_1234_4201 file.i install norton antivirus 2004 on my pc.when i scan my pc with this,it detected above file and it can't remove this.So i try to delete this manually and i can't delete this.when i try to delete, the message (can't delete file access has been denied make sure that the file is not currently inuse)appear .what should i do???help me. :flowers:

Create a directory on your hardrive, to save HijackThis.exe, called c:\hijackthis. This is a mandatory step, for the backup and restore functions, of HijackThis, to be able to work.

Download the latest version, from here.

Read the pinned post in the HJT forum, here

Then, run a log, and post it in the HJT forum. Do not fix anything, yet.
