Cannot download itunes

I am trying to download itunes and recieve this message "Apple Application Support" absent, Try to download that program, and get this :

I would be inclined to uninstall any present version of iTunes on your computer and try again. Win key + X then click in order 'Control panel - Programs and features'. Scroll down the list of software to iTunes, click on it then click 'Uninstall at the top of that screen.

 

Once any present version is removed this should allow you to download the current version.
