This problem is been happening for some time now. I have not used this computer for a while. I update the Geforce driver and also all the window updates. I ran malware check and antivirus scans everything comes up clean. What can I do to solve this issues, I am at a loss and our local Microcenter Tech group says everything checks out.

Sorry for the delay in responding, I've been very busy both at home and at work.

Let's try looking at these reports:

1)  Please provide this information (even though you may not be reporting BSOD's) so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum):  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

2)  Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2028504

While waiting for a reply, please monitor your temps with this free utility:  http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

- John  (my website: http://www.carrona.org/ )
**If you need a more detailed explanation, please ask for it. I have the Knack. **  If I haven't replied in 48 hours, please send me a message.

My eye problems have lessened and I'm able to post/respond without too much difficulty. (05 Sep 2017)
FYI - I am completely blind in the right eye and ~30% blind in the left eye.

If the eye problems come on suddenly, I may not be able to respond.
If that's the case and help is needed, please PM a staff member for assistance.

No evtx file attached.

Don't worry about the delay, I get notified when you reply.
Also, as you can see, I'm also way behind in my replies.

Hey there can we restart this process again. The issue seems to be worse now. I have not been using the computer at all till today. The cursor hops around the screen then hangs up then goes black and starts a reboot.

That's not the report that I need (and I can't open the one that you provided).

Let's try looking at these reports (please note that there are 2 sets of reports that I'm asking for).

I've changed the first one to use a new tool:

1)  Please run this report collecting tool (even though you may not be reporting BSOD's) so we can provide a complete analysis:  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location.
By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.

The Admin logfile shows a lot of video driver problems.  Please download a fresh copy of the latest nVidia video drivers for your system, uninstall the current ones, and then install the freshly downloaded one's.

Also, there's many, many Bonjour errors (a programs associated w/iTunes).  Please uninstall it.  If you need it again, you can download/install it by running Apple Software Update (or by reinstalling iTunes).

Beyond that, there doesn't seem to be any particular pattern to the shutdowns.  The WER section of the MSINFO32 report shows many, many shutdowns also.

As such, I'd suggest running these free hardware diagnostics (for starters):  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Your UEFI/BIOS (version A10) dates from 2014.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  There are many Windows Update failures in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report - but interestingly I don't see any from December (do have

This device is disabled in Device Manager.  Did you deliberately disable it?  If so, why?

Intel® Centrino® Wireless Bluetooth® 4.0 + High Speed Adapter    USB\VID_8087&PID_07DA\5&2EBEB8A5&0&13    This device is disabled.

Please re-enable the device, update it's drivers, then (if you'd like) feel free to disable it again.

All of the memory dumps blame your video drivers, so be sure to download new drivers, uninstall the old one's, and install the new one's.

If this doesn't stop the BSOD's, we'll have to see if diagnostics ( http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html ) or Driver Verifier ( http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html ) can tell us anything else.

There is some involvement with your ESET also.  Some things to consider are:

- corruption of your ESET program (uninstall/reinstall to test that).

- an infection:

- John  (my website: http://www.carrona.org/ )
**If you need a more detailed explanation, please ask for it. I have the Knack. **  If I haven't replied in 48 hours, please send me a message.

My eye problems have lessened and I'm able to post/respond without too much difficulty. (05 Sep 2017)
FYI - I am completely blind in the right eye and ~30% blind in the left eye.

If the eye problems come on suddenly, I may not be able to respond.
If that's the case and help is needed, please PM a staff member for assistance.
