Canon BJC-3000 Won't Print

Have been unable to get any printer in our house to print for quite some time...going back to my old XP.  Just recently upgraded online from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  Still can't get this printer to print.   So I need updated drivers?  If so, how/where do I update them?
