That sounds like very bad news. You might have to flash your BIOS.

How old is the computer and what OS are you using?
How did you update the BIOS?
Why did you do so?
Consider replacing the CMOS battery
--- If that allows you to boot into the BIOS or even into Normal Mode, correct the time and time zone

Since the laptop is only 3 months old, you should have a warranty on it
--- Find out so you can use it
I'd still like to know why you downloaded the lenovo b490 bios update utility
I was wondering whether or not the laptop was an older computer and that is why I recommended changing the CMOS battery

Sir ! Not working how to flash bios in usb
Did you read any of the links that I sent you yesterday? I just experienced this and I was able to fix it by following the directions that I sent to you in the PM. But my computer was old, in your case I would use the warranty.

Sir i ask how to flash !
I sent you the links in a PM yesterday in response to a private message you sent me. If you use the information in those PMs, I am sure that you will be able to do it yourself. As I indicated in the PM, patience is the key. It took me several attempts, even after following the directions that I sent you. But I am sure that you can do it.
