The paper present sensors for that model is buried deep at the back of the slot for the tray.  It is usually a small plastic spoon that rides atop the paper when the tray is in place.  When the paper is not present, the spoon drops in a slot and moves a flag out of a slot where the sensor is mounted.  The manual should cover this procedure for cleaning and clearing paper jams.

How can it be the paper sensor's fault? there is no error displayed on the printer.
