A couple of weeks ago, I cracked the Touch Screen (Digitizer) on my laptop. The screen still displayed, but the touch screen failed.

I chose to order a new digitizer and fit it myself. After a very fiddly job I completed the work only to find the screen was blank when turned on (no life at all, no light or anything on screen)

The laptop powers up and when I connect it to my TV with HDMI, it displays fine, so there is a problem with the internal screen. I have taken it all apart again and checked all the connections but all seems ok. Screen still not working.

Can anyone offer any advice on what else I could check?

Many thanks
