Hi just wondering how i install anti virus on server then roll out too diffrent machines on network?

You buy a corporate version of antivirus with workstation licenses and the software will give you the ability to update the workstations from the server.

Sophos and Trend micro both offer enterprise Antivirus with managent consoles that allow you to manage and install antivirus protection for your network.
