Hello community,

Maybe this is not the proper place to make this post but i really need help. I'm looking for a fresh (if possible) sample of a cryptolocker or a cryptowall. I'm trying to run it on a Virtual Machine and study it for academic purpose. So, if someone have a sample or a Pc infected and you can send the .exe or a file infected to me, I would be really gratefull. I've tried to get a working sample without success and I'm desperate.

If someone want to help, please, contact me by message.

Thanks for your time,

Hi there,

BC's policy is to help people with malware, not to provide them.

With that said, you might have some luck looking through the CryptoWall 4.0 thread. Someone in that thread will be able to provide you with a sample.
