Outlook 2007 and later versions, by default, each email account will prompt Outlook to create a new file and hence, a different inbox.

You can consolidate all of your accounts to one account to resolve this.

1) Type the following in the search box: folder: (Inbox) received: (this week)

2) Press Ctr+Alt+A

3) Press Enter

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
