Hello all. I have constantly looked at similar titles hoping it would lead me to figure out what is actually happening to my laptop. Alas, I cannot find an answer. I get this BSoD whenever I play games, not even during intense situations. Sometimes the game would run just fine, but it would blue screen randomly. It crashes more often than it does blue screen. I'm not sure why the game crashes either.

I've tried many solutions; virus scan, updating the BIOS, updating drivers, clean install of Windows 10. Not sure what's going wrong. I would very much appreciate it if someone can take the time to solve this problem.

The game I was playing was SMITE. I can run the game no problem, so I doubt it's not being able to run the game properly. I only ever play SMITE, haven't tried any other games to see if I get the BSoD.

I have uploaded the minidumps, they are ordered in latest to oldest:

If required, I can upload the memory.dmp file.
(Please ignore any Firefox crashes, that problem has been resolved) :)

Specs on laptop will be shown using Speccy in next post.

Thank you for looking!

See https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff560129(v=vs.85).aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396. Might be a memory issue.

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum):  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

Should you have problems with the perfmon report, please disregard it (I don't use it very much anyway).

Should the app lock up for more than 15 minutes while searching for Network information (it does this in my copy of W10), go ahead and kill the app.

Then navigate to the Documents folder and zip up the 18 reports in the SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder - then upload that with your next post.

You can also try this new app (from a friend of mine):  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location.
By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version F.26) dates from 2014.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

Out of 4 memory dumps there were 3 different BSOD  (aka STOP or BugCheck) error codes.  This is not necessarily significant, as it's only 4 memory dumps - I usually wait until there are 5 or 6 memory dumps to post the following information.....

The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things (the list is not in any sort of order):
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case.  Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html or http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html ).

Please get a head start on the hardware diagnostics - they are located here:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Also, if the system BSOD's again - please run Driver Verifier according to these directions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html
