Massive freezing issue while gaming !!

not sure if posting in the right spot but, every time i start a game it will run smooth then it will freeze the sound will loop and pc wont respond for about 30- 50 seconds and always seems to happen at the worst time.also just replaced hard drive so not that, also nothing is running hot .started in cs go but know its happing in other games so I no longer believe it has to do with just csgo, only happens well playing games when it dose not freeze run smooth and strong no hip cups. also dont have the problem when just using windows its self internet watching videos etc.. video to see what i mean - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FoWADKQHjEU&feature=you...


***UPDATE*** I have upgraded to windows 8.1 that has solve the error in the device manger how ever the problem still exist, I have ran memtest86 and have got 0 error's, all my drivers are know fully up to date and I still have the problem.and it has gotten worse the game is know unplayable and freeze every 20 seconds


also: its custom build I just replaced the psu and dead hardrive was working fine for weeks it just started outa no where.. here is the full specs .. http://valid.x86.fr/dzrbmg

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
 
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
 
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
