Hey Guys. Hoping someone can read my logs and give me a hand. My gaming PC will lock up and then reboot after about 30 seconds. I get no BSOD but I do get a bug check error in the event viewer.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8015c486c03). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 111415-6500-01.

I can not figure out how to get windb to read the memory.dmp file. I keep getting symbol errors so I figured I would try posting here instead for some help.  My motherboard has a Killer NIC which has given me trouble in the past with buggy drivers. The computer seems to hang most often while being left on to download for extended periods. It's never done it under any kind of serious load.

2 Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming cards in SLI
Crucial M500 480gb
Crucial M500 960gb
Corsair RM750

Files attached.  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Thanks for the help!  This killer networking software has been my only issue with this build from the start. It has been rock solid otherwise. I think I'm just going to use the killer driver clean software in that post and then disable it. I can pick up a cheap pcie network card and be done with it.   Thanks again for the help!

I've still been getting random lock ups. I uninstalled the killer software, disabled it on the motherboard and installed a pice network card. What should I do next?    Logs attached.  Thanks!

This keeps happening.  Do you think I should do a clean windows 10 install?   This was an in-place upgrade of windows 8.1.
