I set aside a folder on my hard drive for the network drive I set up. How do I limit the amount of stuff can be stored on it in GB? Is there a way to use a partition of the hard drive as a network drive?

I have Windows 10.

If you right click the drive -> Properties and choose the 'Quota' tab.. That should be something along the lines of what you're looking for - Hope it helps! :)

Hmmm... I don't see a Quota tab or any quota setting in any other tab. I do however, see a Quota tab on the C drive, and set the quota limit to 25 gb for HomeGroup users. I'm not sure if it will work or not.

Hmm, wierd.. I see it on all my partitions.. I think the limit might be per user, but luckily that's fairly easy to test or google :)

Oh, so I can have a separate local login on my PC for each person who will access the network drive, then limit via quota that way?
