Hello !
i got infected recently by some trojan virus. It began 4 days ago when MSE ( microsoft security essentials) stopped working, and couldn't be launched again. I searched on google, andfound out that the security center in SERVICES.msc was disabled, and it was disabling by itself each time i tried to re-activate it.
I also noticed that the "update to windows 10 ! " icon on the bottom right corner of my desktop disappeared. I scanned with malwarebytes anti malware, it found some virus ( trojan vundo, some other things). I made a scan with avast, bitdefender on my pc to check for virus left and it found nothing.
I also noticed that i couldn't launch nvidia control panel, the drivers aren't working anymore, or something like that. Security center is still disabled, mse still doesn't work and i don't know what to do.
I need help. Thanks by advance.

Hello and welcome to Bleeping Computer.

Please do the following:

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Downloads folder

NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

Attached File  FixList.txt   2.72KB   4 downloads

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system

Run FRST/FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.

The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post it to your reply.

Please do the following:

Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to your desktop.

Double-click mbam-setup and follow the prompts to install the program.

At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to the following:

Launch Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

(A 14 day trial of the Premium features is pre-selected. You may deselect this if you wish, and it will not diminish the scanning and removal capabilities of the program.)

Click Finish.

When Malwarebytes Anti-Malware launches

  • On the Settings tab > Detection and Protection sub tab, Detection Options, tick the box "Scan for rootkits".
  • Under Non-Malware Protection sub tab Change PUP and PUM entries to Treat detections as Malware
  • Click on the Scan tab, then click on Scan Now >> . If an update is available, click the Update Now button.
  • A Threat Scan will begin.
  • With some infections, you may or may not see this message box.
  •         'Could not load DDA driver'
  • Click 'Yes' to this message, to allow the driver to load after a restart.
  • Allow the computer to restart. Continue with the rest of these instructions.
  • When the scan is complete, click Apply Actions.
  • Wait for the prompt to restart the computer to appear, then click on Yes.
  • After the restart once you are back at your desktop, open MBAM once more.

To get the log from Malwarebytes do the following:

Click on the History tab > Application Logs.

  • Double click on the scan log which shows the Date and time of the scan just performed.
  • Click Export > choose to export to a text file

Text file (*.txt)        - you will have to name the file and save to a place of choice, recommend "Desktop" then attach to reply

Please let me know if there are any outstanding issues.

Okay

The center of security stop deactivating, so this is a good new.

I tried to install the Nvidia driver for my GEforce750M and it didn't find my graphic card.

Moreover, the keyboard shortcuts for volume aren't working anymore.

i think i'llk just reinstall windows, it would be easier...

Does it show up in device manager?

If it's a hardware issue, reformatting may not assist, so I'd check it out a bit more first

After 2 reboot, it finally show up in device manager, and i reinstalled the driver.

I've got one last (potential) issue : i can't delete some folders in my C: Disk, such as a FRST folder (contains a lof folder, quarantine folder...) .
And since i got infected, a windows appears often to tell me that i don't have the autorisations to go in/ delete a folder or a file. Although i am supposed to be the admin of my PC , there is only one session on my PC. This is quite weird.

PS : maybe i should have said it earlier, but i used combofix one week ago to try to remove the viruses...

please do this:

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

rd /s/q c:\frst

Save this as remove.bat Choose to "Save type as  - All Files"

It should look like this: vista_bat_icon.png

Right click on remove.bat, select Run As Administrator, & allow it to run.

Let me know if the FRST folder is now removed

NEXT

Try running the FixIt solution here for the folder issue:
