Binna, are your security programs able to download program and data updates?

Some virus maybe? Are you using Static or Dynamic IP Addresses?

Is dynamic make yourself batch file with code

echo off
cls
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /registerdns
exit

If static then something like this

netsh int ip delete address "local area connection" 192.168.1.100 all
netsh int ip add address "local area connection" 192.168.1.100 255.255.255.0
netsh int ip delete address "local area connection" 10.168.1.10 all
netsh int ip add address "local area connection" 10.168.1.10 255.255.255.0
netsh int ip add address "local area connection" gateway=192.168.1.254 gwmetric=1
netsh int ip add address "local area connection" gateway=10.168.1.1 gwmetric=1

netsh int ip set dns "local area connection" static 212.39.98.161

You may want to change IPs for your computer. Also, there you can see 2 different IP addresses - it is because it is static IP configuration and first line of code can't delete IP and leave configuration without any at the moment. So, first set another one and delete your IP and then delete temporary IP you don't need any more
