Can a user draw a dotted line in Smoothdraw  (version 4.05) ?  If so, how?

I do not mean simply lifting or skipping the finger or hand movement as user changes stylus location; I mean a controlled way using features in the program to form a clean, straight, DOTTED line instead of a solid line.
