I attempted to recover my pc(hp notebook pc), but suddenly
after power it appears bluscreen with notice about recovering option.I tryed many times step by step.But failed.Same screen is repeated.Now I try to Command Prompt.
I stop here X:\windows\system32>.

And another notice Drive is locking inatalled windows.

I can't use my Pc(cannot Bootng)
so I cannot do any Computing.
Now I am participating through Smartphone.

Can you use your smartphone to take pictures of the screen?  The information you provide us isn't enough to help you.  Many good people here will love to help, if we can better understand what problems you have.
