Hi !
I have an urgent problem. I've got some new photos in my laptop recently and yesterday I was able to open any of them. I did it for the entire day. From this morning I suddenly can't open any photo. When I click on one of them it says ''the wait operation timed out'' after 10 seconds. I really need to open some photos. What can I do and why did this happen ?

Also I can't open any music files as well.

Try using Windows System Restore to roll Windows back to a point in time when your computer was functioning correctly. It allows you to undo system changes without affecting your personal files, such as e-mail, documents, or photos.
