Win 10 creates a local account on reboot

Have a Win 10 machine that creates it own local account named dhinnsjrm even after i delete it in user account manager it reappears at the next reboot.
How do i remove it ?

It's not a problem posting in multiple forums.

 

Have you searched the computer for that name?

Have you done malware scans?

 

If infected, I'd suggest posting over in the Am I Infected forum:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Hi USASMA yes i have posted this question on PressF1  search of the account name no result.

I have discovered that it could be the AV software Eset and turning off the anti theft removes the rouge account.
