We've already sent the board and HDD back to MSI for troubleshooting and they sent back new stuff. I've been working on this for months now.

Any help would be appreciated.

Most often the Machine Check Exception error (aka STOP 0x124 or STOP 0x9C) is a hardware error, a compatibility error, or a low-level driver problem.

The STOP 0x9C error (what you're getting) was discontinued in favor of the STOP 0x124 error when Vista came out.
We still see the error with Vista and later systems - but not frequently.

Please let us know what parts you have replaced.  Also, Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum):  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

Should you have problems with the perfmon report, please disregard it (I don't use it very much anyway).

Should the app lock up for more than 15 minutes while searching for Network information (it does this in my copy of W10), go ahead and kill the app.  Then navigate to the Documents folder and zip up the 18 reports in the SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder - then upload that with your next post.

You can also try this new app (from a friend of mine):  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location.
By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Holy smokes!  43 memory dumps over the last 3+ weeks!  Wow!!!

Only 203 Windows Updates installed.  Most systems with SP1 have 300 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

This device is disabled in Device Manager.  Did you disable it?  If so, why?

Programmable interrupt controller    ACPI\PNP0000\4&3011D50E&0    This device is disabled.

Please enable it and let us know the results of enabling it.

If it's not working properly, we'll have to research how to fix it.

Looks like a compatibility issue (maybe hardware, maybe low-level drivers), with some video thrown in just to make our lives interesting

I wonder about the driver for Easy Anti Cheat - simply because I've not seen it before, and I have seen all of the other drivers many times.
Try uinistalling it (just a hunch on my part) and see if that helps.

If not, then try these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Start with the video tests.

Well I've been trying to get all the updates the last few days and its been a struggle at best, currently have 226 installed. Why is it so hard to get the updates using windows updater? Is there a better/faster way that I don't know about Lol?

 Easy Anti Cheat

This is a feature of Steam, the gaming program my son uses. Not sure if it can be deleted or disabled.

I found that this is a downloadable program I un-installed it.

Hard drive and memory - the first sets of tests in the link I provided.

Actually Windows Update is fairly quick when compared with some of the OEM system updaters

AHA!!!  Popped out a bunch of NTIOLib_X64.sys drivers in the memory dumps.

Often this driver will cause BSOD's on some Windows systems - and is a constant problem that I've seen with MSI systems.

Notice that there are 3 separate listings for it in the latest memory dump (with 3 different time/date stamps).

I was able to find 2 of them here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\Command Center\DDR\NTIOLib_X64.sys
C:\MSI\Smart Utilities\NTIOLib_X64.sys

but the 3rd one eludes me.

Please search your system for "NTIOLib_X64.sys" files

Then uninstall each of the programs associated with them.

Well, this past weekend I decided to try re-seating the CPU on the board, I was VERY CAREFUL but still managed to break a pin, I wonder if it was damaged prior to me fussing with it so new Asus board on the way. Also found that the CPU fan was not installed tight on the chip and when doing some of the CPU stress testing the temp was up near 100C hope the CPU is still ok. Will keep you posted when we get the new board in.

Thanks for all your help so far.

Chris

There are memory dumps from the 14th and the 19th.  I presume only the one from the 19th was with the new board?

Are you still using the CPU with the broken pin?

Only 215 Windows Updates installed.  Most systems with SP1 have 300 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

If having problems with Windows Updates, please post back for some suggestions for troubleshooting them.

Still looks like a low-level driver/compatibility/or hardware problem to me.

If you've already run ALL of these diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag/html

Then start with this:  http://www.carrona.org/strpdown.html
