Was recording some music with my external sound card onto my HP Pavillion envy 6.
Suddenly I got the windows 8 version BSOD, saying there was an error and my computer would be
Restarted. After restarting, my biometric stuff (fingerprint scan), no longer worked, but more importantly my
Internet connections all disappeared and my sound was disabledZ when I try to reinstate sound, I receive
A message saying that the Windows audio service is not available. The built in sound card is not visible. The odd thing is that when using recording software I can make my external sound card work, when I look in device manager, my externals all appear and Windows says they are working properly. Obviously not the case.,someone please help!!! Thank you!!!

While I do appreciate this, what do I do with said drivers once I've downloaded them?
