Hello, I have not noticed any pop ups or visible evidence of a virus. My uploads/download are crazy slow, a couple online sites were hacked, and I can't get windows defender to turn on. I was using AVAST as virus protection, but tried to remove it and go back to defender. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

It is still moving slowly whenever I upload or download. Or move large batches of files around.

Here are the logs! I think the comp is running a bit better, haven't uploaded or downloaded yet though. Internet does seem faster. I did upgrade to Windows 10 as well, so the defender problem is fixed.
