Hi. I have read the pinned post and included the zip version of the SysnativeFileCollectionApp.

I tried to do the PERFMON one but got the error message

An error occured while attempting to generate the report.

The system cannot find the path specified.

My problems started yesterday when my laptop just started restarting with the blue screen saying there was a problem. It would reboot about 4/5 times then go to troubleshooting options. It wouldn't reboot to a system restore point. Sometimes it would reboot into normal mode but then it would crash again 2 minutes later.

It works fine in safe mode with networking (what I am using now).

InitIally after Googling on my phone, I searched how to update the drivers and the Intel Graphics 4000 needed updating, so I did that. The other Radeon one says it is up to date.

I have ran AVG Antivirus numerous times in safe mode and when it's allowed me onto normal mode and nothing has been detected. I have also ran ESET online scanner incase something was being missed by the AVG one. The ESET one detected 3 threats which the AVG one missed. It took 1 hour 45 minutes to run and it said it says they have now been removed. I restarted the laptop, it had the same blue screen with the :( face saying something went wrong. Now it just continously loops on restarting then throws me to the troubleshooting menu so I can enter safe mode.

I will admit, I am not clued up about computers at all. I have just been Googling my problems and doing what advice has been put on there. I definitely need step by step instructions to help me know what to do.

In the Device Manager the only one with an exclamation next to it is the Generic PnP Monitor.

I have tried to go into normal mode and disabling all the startup programs, this worked for about an hour so i updated the graphics cards whilst I had the chance and then it crashed again.

Do i delete the graphics cards from the device management tab and let the computer install them again after a reboot?

Do I reset the PC so Windows starts again but it keeps all the things saved on my pc - pics, college work etc? It says I need a windows CD for it though and I don't have one.

Thankyou for any help.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version A10) dates from 2013.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

Most of the memory dumps are STOP 0x116 errors (video).  The presence of other errors is suggestive of a hardware problem - but this is just a guess on my part.

Please follow these troubleshooting suggestions:  http://www.sysnative.com/forums/bsod-kernel-dump-analysis-debugging-information/35-video-tdr-timeout-0x116-0x117.html#post29532
Also, please monitor your temps with this free utility:  http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
