Exception code of c0000005 is an access denied error.

ntdll.dll is a core system file - if it was to blame you'd see many more problems other than problems that you seem to be describing.
As such, it's likely a 3rd party program/function that's causing the issues (and causing problems with ntdll.dll)

Try this free program:  http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html

Disable all non-Microsoft extensions and see if that helps.

If it does, then re-enable by ½'s to help identify the culprit.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
