Dual N-Back

This game is one of the most difficult you will ever play, although it's more about brain training than having fun.

Research (there have been 100s of papers written on dual n-back), shows dual n-back training to have significant benefits for working memory, fluid intelligence and even IQ!!.......not to mention countless anecdotal claims,

Dual n-back has helped me in several disciplines, but it has really helped my musicianship. I can rehearse a section of music with my orchestra and develop "streams" of thought in real time. What are the problems? Who needs attention? How can I address it? How much time can I afford? What do I need to leave for "self-correction?" I keep all of these thought streams separate, yet like dual n-back, I relate each piece of information with everything I am gathering.
