Java Web Start 1.4.2 Error

When attempting to open a web application I recieve the error diolog "Java™ Web Start 1.4.2_10 Can not find message file"

Searched Java site but unable to find answer. Has anyone seen this before and knows the solution?

Uninstall the Jave program in Start> Control Panel> Add\Remove Programs. Download a fresh copy of Jave and install.

Download the newest Version 5 Update 7 of Sun Java Here.
