Please Help! HIGH CPU Usage and RAM Usage 100% While Im Doing Nothing

Hey guys! I could really use some help here, I got a really good PC and i have no idea whats going on, it has never done this before, but now I have really high CPU usage and RAM usage when im not even doing anything. It makes my computer very very slow and I cant even do anything while its like this please help me!

Are there processes with the same name in your taskmanager?

Do you have HP printer or similar software?  I found that HP's programs was coasting me 50-60% system usage.  I took it out of startup like magic back to normal.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
