unlocking cpu cores

i recently upgraded to Windows 10 and when i was on Win7 i had 4 cores available and running, since the upgrade i only have 1 available, how can i get all 4 activated. let me know what info you need so i can get it for you

You eed your MB manual, it setup in the bios.
