hi. i noticed whilst looking at the "about device" page on my samsung tablet, the following appeared above my IP address:

fe80:::la le:b0ff:fe5e:l8el

I found if I change the last two numbers of the static  IP address, then the writing disappears only to return a few days later.

can anyone explain what these letters and numbers mean and are they a symptom of a virus?
