Yes, I have tried to follow that guide. However, the Smitfraudfix.cmd file seems to be missing or it can't be found, which is needed to continue with the removal process.
As stated in my earlier post, I always get this error message when trying to open the file:
Windows cannot find 'C:\Documents and Settings\Mishiroro\Desktop\SmitfraudFix\SmitfraudFix.cmd'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search.
I don't know what the problem is. :S
