I'd try running some scans - Spybot, Ad-Aware, antivirus, including an online scan such as Trend Micro House Call. Whatever you may have picked up that's blocking your ctrl-c and right-click is still there. If you don't have much luck, you can submit a Hijackthis log in our Hijack forums. Read this first. Don't reply to your own post there because they look for posts with no replies.
