Could you be more specific? I'm still not clear what the specific data you're referring to is? Is this from the autofill feature? Or is this prior search history repopulating?

So the three line 'hamburger' pull down menu in the upper right corner of Chrome. Then 'more tools' > 'clear browsing data' gives you this menu.

Then you can choose the time frame to obliterate selected items from.
