Hi

Firstly, i'm sorry if it takes long time to read but i'm trying to include everything i've done in this problem to let whoever tries to help be aware of the situation

As mentioned on the title.. it's about a week since it started
i open google chrome and everything is fine facebook is good then Google+ is fine but noticed Notifications don't show up and some other scripts on various websites are misbehaving as if something went wrong in loading !

then i went to another website that is not "https" and on the first click on this page i had a new tab opened with domain " ad-type google...."

i tried couple times again and it was the same so I knew it was something related to a virus that inject some ads and these stuff i've been through before but i googled it and came up with results that weren't effective at all
i have Eset smart security and Malwarebytes already installed but none of them detected anything so i found about 2 or 3 topics talk about Spyhunter and recommend it
i got the free trial and it detected about 300 infections !!! but didn't remove them as it needed activation
i managed to remove it simply by IObit uninstaller then searched and got a portable version of it and luckily it was already activated so i did the scan again and removed all the infections but it says that it can't remove some of them or it will corrupt system files or something like that.

anyway after the restart i tried again and the "ad-type googe" was gone but not completely... it was replaced with another domain "http://lopsxqvibncpktmtmodesfpeqjtxidodelulsnlh.com" then redirect fast to a random page which malwarebytes shows infection blocking on them
mostly it gets redirected to "tradeadexchange.com" but usually goes to other sites with the same infection and ads
all i could notice is that most of these infected websites are copyrighted to ( In mind inc.).

Eset and malwarebytes couldn't catch anything except cracks for games and software my little brother uses but it've been always okay and nothing downloaded for a long time before that did happen so i believe none of them is the reason.

so i searched again for redirecting viruses solutions but all i got was scanning with hitmanpro, adwcleaner, spyhunter, Kaspersky TDSS Killer, Malwarebytes , Kaspersky anti-virus ..etc ( most of them detected infections and deleted them but none of them made a change ).... searching in specific folder about anything related to the virus or domain... searching in "regedit" and startup tasks still nothing i found except some leftovers of old software and i deleted the ones i knew they're totally useless.

after all i thought it may be related to google chrome as mentioned in some topics but no extensions were doing the damage and the redirecting thing happens on firefox and IE too ! i even did reset and clean all 3 browsers totally and deactivated sync in chrome and disconnected my account but still the same. it even got worse ! now sometimes a small ad square box appears on any page i visit and this still happen only on domains that are "http" only so facebook, google and twitter are fine still but now there is something wrong in browser behavior that scripts aren't all working fine like (login with facebook) on various sites don't work at all or don't even show up.
i even tried to block these ads with adblock chrome extension but it didn't change anything.

i did everything i found and yet nothing changed...

finally i was guided to here and checked some topics but seems like each problem have a different list of software to use and different order or something like that

this post was the closest one to my problem.. i followed the steps mentioned in the 2nd reply but they didn't make any change too.

in a last try i went into safemode with networking to see if it's a service or something gets turned on and now it should be off for example, but on the first click on a random webpage it opened the same tab again .

i'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and posting now from it too.

Just one last note, This laptop isn't mine so i can't simply install a new copy of windows and i have a million reasons to keep this copy too.

so any help would be really appreciated and sorry again for the long post.

Alternate download: http://www.itxassociates.com/OT-Tools/TFC.exe

  • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista, 7, or 8; instead of double-clicking, right-mouse click JRT.exe and select "Run as Administrator".
  • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
  • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
  • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
  • Post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message.

p22002970.gif Download Sophos Free Virus Removal Tool and save it to your desktop.
  • Double click the icon and select Run
  • Click Next
  • Select I accept the terms in this license agreement, then click Next twice
  • Click Install
  • Click Finish to launch the program

  • Copy and paste the results in your reply
  • Close the Notepad document, close the Threat Details screen, then click Start cleanup
  • Click Exit to close the program

p22002970.gif Update Firefox to the latest version.

p22002970.gif Uninstall outdated Java 8 Update 51

============================================

Your computer is clean p3879546.jpg

1. This step will remove all cleaning tools we used, it'll reset restore points (so you won't get reinfected by accidentally using some older restore point) and it'll make some other minor adjustments...
This is a very crucial step so make sure you don't skip it.
Download 51a5ce45263de-delfix.pngDelFix by Xplode to your desktop. Delfix will delete all the used tools and logfiles.

Double-click Delfix.exe to start the tool.
Make sure the following items are checked:

  • Activate UAC (optional; some users prefer to keep it off)
  • Remove disinfection tools
  • Create registry backup
  • Purge System Restore
  • Reset system settings

Now click "Run" and wait patiently.
Once finished a logfile will be created. You don't have to attach it to your next reply.

2. Make sure Windows Updates are current.

3. If any trojans, rootkits or bootkits were listed among your infection(s), make sure, you change all of your on-line important passwords (bank account(s), secured web sites, etc.) immediately!

4. Check if your browser plugins are up to date.
Firefox - https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/
other browsers: https://browsercheck.qualys.com/ (click on "Scan without installing plugin" and then on "Scan now")

5. Download, and install WOT (Web OF Trust): http://www.mywot.com/. It'll warn you (in most cases) about dangerous web sites.

6. Run Malwarebytes "Quick scan" once in a while to assure safety of your computer.

7. Run Temporary File Cleaner (TFC), AdwCleaner and Junkware Removal Tool (JRT) weekly (you need to redownload these tools since they were removed by DelFix).

8. Download and install Secunia Personal Software Inspector (PSI): http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/personal/. The Secunia PSI is a FREE security tool designed to detect vulnerable and out-dated programs and plug-ins which expose your PC to attacks. Run it weekly.

p22002970.gif Update Firefox to the latest version.

p22002970.gif Uninstall outdated Java 8 Update 51

============================================

Yes! it just takes one click anywhere on the web page to open a new tab in chrome and a new window in firefox :/
and both open the same domain i mentioned in the very first post but it's 2 days now since it stopped going to random sites

only redirects to tradeadexchange.com that malwarebytes detect everytime as a threat

i'm not going anywhere else i just open here first and it opens the tabs always in bleepingcomputer :(

Let's try to reset your router.

Turn the computer off.

On your router, you'll find a pinhole marked "Reset".
Keep pushing the hole, using a pencil, or a paperclip until all lights briefly come off and on.
NOTE. Simple router disconnecting from a power source will NOT do.
Restart computer.

NOTE. You may need to re-check your router security settings, as described HERE
