I have an ICX 6430 which has tagged traffic in. We then have untagged traffic going out two of the ports.

The first port was connecting to a l2 dumb switch net gear Fs105 which connected two separate paths...

First path off Fs105 - a media converter then another media converter to a cheap link sys wifi router.

Second Path off Fs105 - another media converter to another wifi router.

This setup caused traffic on the port connecting to the l2 dumb switch to spike at 30 mbps and ultimately lock up the Managed ICX switch. When the l2 dumb switch net gear is taken out and hooked directly into the first fiber media path to links us router everything works fine

I'm trying to find why this is.... this doesn't seem like a loop at all anywhere.
