Hey guys im completely new to this forum,

My question is: When I try to lets say, use my head phones or sort it out so I can switch to them via the volume control, my computer suddenly goes into a blue screen mode, it did it with Skype too. I cant understand why it keeps doing this, Im assuming I need to update the drivers, which I already have done.. Im using Windows 7. If there is any info anyone would like I can link my Dxdiag info if needed.

Many thanks

Daniel

Try this new app (from a friend of mine):  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location.
By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.
