I'm trying to upload my images to ipage. I have uploaded my files
using filemanager but after following all suggestions I can't get
filemanager, ftp or filezilla to update my images or audio docs. Any help?

I enter ftp.my-sebsite.com, then I'm asked and I enter my username
and password. Then I get :

Index of ftp://ftp.my-sebsite.com/

Up to higher level directory

Hi 12strings,

Just a few questions that can help me resolve your issue.

  • Within the code on your files what is the location you point to for your images?
  • When you are putting the details in to filezilla are you entering the FTP host, the Username and Password and the Port(Usually 21)?
  • Does iPage use C-Panel, Plesk or their own custom back end to your website?

These should help me resolve your issue easier.
