Hi all,

I am a newbie. Please dont take me wrong, any helps and suggestion will be welcomed.

I have a shared folder called shared. And under shared folder i have 3 subfolders called folder1, folder2 and folder3. I have a domain called DA1 and under this for example i have 2 users XYZ and ABC.

My requirement is XYZ and ABC can access folder1 and folder2 while folder3 should only be accessed by XYZ.  How can I achieve this?

Thank You.

assign xyz and abc with modify rights [never full control] to folders 1 and 2.  Assign xyz exclusively to folder 3.  Turn off inheritance from the Shared folder to the subfolders [you do this in advanced on each subfolder]
