Hello all,

I am the new kid on the block. My purpose for being here is to learn more about computers.

Strange as it may seem, I am 77 years of age and have developed a keen interest in computers and how they operate. So, belonging to this forum will be of a great help to me.

The downside is, I will have very little to contribute to the form, as far as instructing or answering questions. As, my computer knowledge is limited.

However, even with my advanced age, I am enjoying the learning process, as it is very interesting.

If I were younger, I would definitely study the computer world as a full time thing.

So, thank you all and bear with me when I post a dumb question.

It is not strange at all. The fastest growing age group for new computer users are middle-age and elderly. No question is dumb if you don't know the answer.

Welcome to Bleeping Computer.

Welcome :), I think of today's computer world...as the perfect gift for anyone who enjoys learning things which are pertinent and treat it as an edcational tool I never imagined possible in my younger days :).
