Let me tell you what happened:

First of all, I cannot logon to my PC. When I try to, I get this gray error box that says:

"LogonUI.exe - Application Error

The instruction at 0x593dc120 referenced memory at 0x54639315. The memory could not be read.

Click on OK to terminate the program."

Then, the screen starts flashing between the logon screen and a purple screen rapidly in a strobe effect. When I click OK, the same error shows up again.

Now, for some information:

The PC is an HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC.

The Operating System is Windows 8.1.

I can boot into safe mode.

Whenever I run sfc /scannow, it says that no integrity violations were found.

If anyone knows how they may be able to help me, please feel more than welcome to.

                                                                                                                                            Sincerely,

                                                                                                                                                              Dylan Knowles

Have you run Startup Repair?

If so, what are the results?

Have you tried System Restore?

Are you able to access the System settings menu?

If so, I'd suggest trying a Refresh of the operating system:  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/restore-refresh-reset-pc

Sorry for not responding. I fixed this and forgot all about the thread. Anyway, I wanted to tell you that system restore worked.

                                        Thanks and Merry Christmas!!!
