Hi there,

I have a pretty simple question that I'd like some less Google-esque advice about:

Here are my current system specs:

GPU: Radeon HD 7970 3GB

CPU: AMD FX 8320 8 Core

Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0

RAM: 8GB DDR3

I'm hoping for some reasonable upgrades that will total less than £200... don't laugh.

I looked at some of the suggestions for running, specifically, Fallout 4:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/search/?ie=UTF8&bbn=430524031&camp=1634&creative=19450&high-price=&linkCode=ur2&low-price=100&qid=1409080141&rh=n%3A340831031%2Cn%3A!340832031%2Cn%3A428655031%2Cn%3A430500031%2Cn%3A430524031%2Cp_n_feature_keywords_three_browse-bin%3A3475072031%7C3475071031%7C3475073031%7C3475074031%7C3475075031&rnid=428432031&tag=system05-21&x=12&y=14

But I can't decide if it's worth my money to upgrade the graphics card to these as they all seem similar/ not different enough to what I have.

Anyway, I'm up for suggestions!

All the best and thanks in advance,

Hello arcapello,

The only real good upgrade that will improve you gaming experience is a more powerful graphics card. I would recommend this graphics card. Oh, and what resolution are you gaming at (i.e. 1080p, 4k or 1440p)?

That's a good suggestion, thank you. It may be a bit loud for me (as my PC can get pretty noisy anyway) but that's very close to what I need.
