Motherboard: Asus M5A99X Evo.  Bio: 1708
CPU: AMD fx 6100 Six-Core
Memory: 12272 MB DDR3 1439 MHz
My name is Ness. My computer received an unexpected shutdown. When I tried to boot it up it when into an auto repair loop. System restores did not help.  So I tried to load my Boot Manager, however it instantly crashes.  I assume there is something wrong with Booting Files. I was hoping to repair the Master Boot Record with Windows Preinstallation Environment. I tried using WinPE from a boot-able usb, however the program doesn't fully initialize and it hangs on "wipeinit" in the command prompt.I do have the Windows 7 Disc at the moment. I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
